Description
The Dungs GW 10 A6 1P gas pressure switch, article 231112, is an important part of the automatic gas burner system. It is used to control excess pressure/vacuum pressure in installations with a pressure of up to 500 mbar. The device is adjustable in the range from 2 to 10 mbar. The metal housing provides impeccable protection of electrical contacts from external influences. The device is manufactured according to the European standard EN 1854, class "S". Comes complete with a cable socket.
Features
The Dungs GW 10 A6 relay is a device for switching on/off/switching an electrical circuit when the actual pressure value changes in comparison with the set value.
The sensor switching parameters are set manually by turning the adjustment wheel with a marking scale. Setting range: from 2 to 10 mbar, response range - 1.5 mbar. A pressure measuring nipple is built into the device body.
The relay housing is made of cast aluminum, protects internal components from mechanical impacts, dust and moisture. Electrical protection level is IP 54. The switch is made of polyamide, the membrane is NBC. The switching contact is Ag. The relay operates stably in a wide temperature range, from -15 ° C to + 70 ° C.
The device has a 3-phase insulated electrical connector for a plug socket, without grounding. In-line installation is carried out using a threaded connection Rp 1/4.
Advantages:
durable, shock-resistant aluminum housing;
stable response;
measuring nipple;
dust and moisture protection of the shell class IP 54;
operation in a wide temperature range;
easy and quick installation in gas equipment.
Installation
The Dungs GW 10 A6 gas pressure switch can be placed in any mounting position. The optimal orientation is vertical. When placed at an angle, horizontally or with the membrane facing up, the relay will operate at a higher/lower pressure relative to the set value. The permissible deviation of the set limit is ≤ ±15%.
