Description
The Dungs GW 150 A6 1P gas pressure switch is an adjustable sensor for equipping a wide range of burners. It is designed to monitor the vacuum pressure and excess pressure in gas systems with a pressure of up to 500 mbar. The relay is manufactured according to EU safety standards and tested for service life according to EN 1854. The device has a short response time when the pressure deviates from the set value. Supplied with a cable socket.
Design and parameters
The adjustable pressure switch switches/switches off/disconnects the electrical circuit when the pressure changes relative to the response limit. The signal is transmitted to the burner control.
The device is easily adjusted using a wheel with a marking scale. Range from 5 to 150 mbar. Response interval - 10 bar. The design includes a nipple for measuring pressure.
The metal casing of the relay protects the contacts from splashes, dust, impacts (class IP54). The housing is made of die-cast aluminum, the electrical contacts are made of silver, the switching mechanism is made of polyamide, the membrane is made of NBR.
In the center on the lower side of the housing there is a connecting hole Rp 1/4 with internal thread according to ISO 228. The sensor operates smoothly in a wide temperature range, from -15 ° C to + 70 ° C (working environment and ambient air).
Advantages:
aluminum die-cast housing;
short response time;
insulation of electrical contacts according to IP 54;
wide range of operating temperatures;
pressure measuring nipple;
threaded connection.
