Pressure switch Dungs GW 3 A6 1P

The Dungs GW 3 A6 1P gas pressure switch is a compact adjustable switch used in the automatic vacuum and excess pressure control system of the combustion unit. The device complies with EN 1854. It is characterized by a short response time when the pressure value deviates. The maximum pressure in the system is 500 mbar. The kit includes a cable socket.

Design, equipment and main parameters

• The pressure switch closes the electrical network contact when the pressure reaches the set value and transmits a signal to the burner automation.

• The switching parameters are selected using a wheel with a marking scale. The adjustment range is from 1 to 3 mbar, response is 0.8 mbar. A pressure measuring nipple is built into the housing.

• The shock-resistant housing is cast from aluminum, creating reliable protection of electrical components from external influences, dust and moisture. IP54 standard. Electrical contacts are made of silver. The switch is made of polyamide, the membrane is made of NBC rubber.

• The housing has a ¼ threaded hole for embedding the device in a gas system. Operating temperature: from -15°C to +70°C (working environment and ambient air).

• The device has a 3-phase insulated electrical connector for a plug socket, without grounding.

Installation features

The Dungs GW 3 A6 gas pressure switch, plug, article 231111, is mounted in a vertical position (recommended) or horizontally, at an angle, in an inverted position.
