Pressure switch Dungs GW 50 A6 1P

The Dungs GW 50 A6 1P gas pressure switch is a necessary element of the automatic gas supply control system in the combustion unit. The device monitors the vacuum pressure and excess pressure. The switch design is designed for a pressure in the combustion unit of no more than 500 mbar. The relay is manufactured according to EU standards and tested for service life according to EN 1854. It is characterized by a quick response when the pressure value deviates. A cable socket is included in the kit.

Design, equipment and parameters

• The pressure switch closes the electrical network contact when the actual pressure value changes relative to the set value. The signal is sent to the burner automation.

• The response point is adjusted in the range from 5 to 50 mbar manually, by rotating the disk with digital markings. The response range is 3 mbar. The design provides a nipple for measuring the pressure.

• A durable metal case provides reliable insulation of electrical components from mechanical impacts, splashes and dust. The casing is made according to the IP54 standard. The electrical contacts are made of silver, the switching device is made of polyamide, the membrane is made of NBC.

• Mounting is carried out using a G1/4 threaded hole, which reduces the installation time and ensures reliable placement.

• The device is designed for a wide range of operating temperatures, from -15°C to +70°C (working environment and ambient air).

• A three-phase insulated electrical connector for a plug socket is provided, without grounding.

Mounting features

The Dungs GW 50 A6 1P gas pressure switch article 231113 is fixed in the system vertically (standard placement) or in another position. Installing the device horizontally, diagonally or with the membrane facing up results in a shift in the switching point relative to the set point.
