Pressure switch Dungs GW 500 A4/2 M

The Dungs GW 500 A4/2 M pressure switch is an important element of a gas installation. It is used in combustion units with a maximum pressure of 600 mbar. This switch is part of a pressure control system. It has a highly hermetic housing for operation in difficult production conditions.

Features

The relay switches on, off or switches the electrical circuit to a specified pressure value when the actual value changes. The switching limit is determined within the range from 100 to 500 mbar using a regulator with a digital scale. The response range is 15 mbar.

The relay housing is made of durable materials and meets the IP 65 dust and moisture protection standard. The lower part of the device is cast from aluminum under pressure, the casing is cast from zinc, treated with powder coating against corrosion, the switch is made of polycarbonate, and the membrane is made of NBC. The standard switching contact is Ag.

When installing the device, it should be taken into account that the response point deviates from the set value within ±15%, depending on the installation orientation of the device (for installation features, see the attached specification).
