Pressure switch Dungs GW 500 A6/1, art.: 242678 – compact device for monitoring the discharge pressure of gas or air during operation of industrial plants. The adjustable sensor closes the contacts /electrical circuit when the switching point is reached. Thanks to the compact design, it is easy to install. The relay is tested and certified according to EU standards. Conforms to class "S" according to EN 1854.

• working medium – gas of family I..III and other neutral gaseous medium;

• for combustion equipment and other devices with gas/air pressure up to 600 mbar;

• pressure adjustment range: from 100 to 500 mbar;

• switching in the range from 0 to 25 mbar;

• selection of switching parameters by rotating a disk with a digital scale;

• cast aluminum sensor base;

• switch housing made of impact-resistant polyamide;

• measuring nipple built into the housing;

• transparent plastic cover for easy viewing of settings;

• sensitive membrane made of NBR rubber;

• switch contact material – Ag;

• operating temperatures (ambient and controlled environment): from -15 °C to +70 °C;

• connection at the center of the base – thread G 1/4" according to ISO 228;

• connection – insulated electrical connector for plug socket according to DIN EN 175 301-803.

Application

The Dungs GW 500 A6/1 pressure switch is used for assembling gas/air flow control systems during operation of combustion plants, air conditioning and ventilation devices.
