Pressure switch Dungs GW 500 A6 1P

The Dungs GW 500 A6 1P gas pressure switch is adjustable in the range from 100 to 500 mbar. It is used to control the vacuum pressure and excess pressure in gas automation. It is characterized by a quick response when the pressure deviates from the set parameter. Suitable for systems with a maximum pressure of 600 mbar. The device has all the approvals, is certified according to EN 1854. The kit includes a cable socket.

Design and parameters

• The adjustable pressure switch ensures the closure of the electrical circuit contact when the pressure changes relative to the set value and the transmission of a signal to the gas automation.

• The switching parameter is adjusted manually, by scrolling the disk with digital markings. Range: 100-500 mbar. Response interval - 25 bar. The device is equipped with a pressure measuring nipple.

• The outer protective shell protects vulnerable components from impacts, splashes, dust. Electrical protection standard - IP54. Construction material: housing - aluminum, switch - polyamide, membrane - NBR, contacts - Ag.

• A G1/4 connection hole with internal thread according to ISO 228 is provided in the central part of the housing at the bottom. The relay can be used at temperatures from -15°C to +70°C.

Installation subtleties

The Dungs GW 500 A6 1P gas pressure switch, article 231115, is mounted in a gas pipeline mainly in a vertical position. When installed in a different orientation (horizontally, at an angle, with the membrane facing up), switching occurs at a lower or higher pressure from the set response limit. The permissible deviation of the set value is ≤ ± 15%.
