Pressure switch Dungs LGW 10 A4 M

The Dungs LGW 10 A4 M pressure switch is a device built into the pressure regulation systems of combustion installations. It operates on the principle of switching the electrical circuit when the response points are reached. The device is tested and complies with the EU standard, certified according to EN 1854. It is used in installations with a maximum pressure of 500 mbar.

Features

• The relay is equipped with a compact housing with an aluminum cast base and a polycarbonate casing. Electrical contacts are made of Ag (optionally gold-plated) and are protected according to the IP54 standard from solid particles with a diameter of ≥1 mm, contact with hazardous parts with a wire with a diameter of ≥1 mm, and splashes of water.

• The relay operates without interruption at temperatures of the working environment and ambient air from -15 ° C to + 70 ° C.

• The operating principle of the device is based on closing the contact of the electrical network and transmitting a signal to the gas burner control unit.

• Switching parameters are selected manually, within the range from 1 to 10 mbar. To adjust, turn the wheel to a specified value (on the scale).

• The relay is connected via a sealing ring to the Dungs fittings. The connection for pressure supply is made using a G ¼ thread. The electrical connection is on screw clamps through a cable hole M20x1.5.

• The relay is mounted in the gas pipeline vertically (basic orientation) or in another position, while the switching point will change up or down from the set value within ± 15%, than with vertical placement.
