Description
The Dungs LGW 150 A4 G3 pressure switch is used in combustion units to regulate pressure. The device switches on, switches or switches off the electrical circuit to a set pressure value when the actual value deviates. The sensor has passed the necessary tests and is certified according to EN 1854. It is used in systems with a pressure of no more than 500 mbar.
Features
The pressure switch has compact mounting dimensions and a reliable outer shell. The design consists of an aluminum cast base, a thermoplastic casing and an elastic membrane made of synthetic rubber. Electrical contacts are made of Ag (optionally gold-plated), providing stable switching.
The level of electrical protection of the housing corresponds to the IP54 standard, ingress of solid particles with a diameter of ≥1 mm, contact with hazardous parts with a wire with a diameter of ≥1 mm, and splashes of water are excluded.
The device reliably operates in various temperature conditions: from -15 ° C to + 70 ° C (working environment and ambient air).
The operating principle of the sensor is based on closing the contact of the electrical network and sending a signal to the burner automation control device.
The device is easy to set up. The response parameters are adjusted manually, in the range from 30 to 150 mbar. To select the desired value, turn the disk to the desired value, using the digital scale as a guide.
The relay has a simple and convenient way of mounting in the pipeline, screwed on using an Rp 1/4 thread.
Installation in a gas installation is carried out vertically (standard position), or in any other orientation, taking into account that the switching point will shift within ± 15% relative to the specified one, depending on the choice of position.
On our website you can buy a Dungs LGW 150 A4 G3 pressure relay, article 272361, for equipping burners of various brands and other components of gas equipment.
