Description
The Dungs LGW 3 A2 G3 pressure switch is designed to monitor vacuum pressure, excess pressure, and the difference in gas and air pressure. Reliable in operation, compact, and durable, the device is used to equip gas equipment from leading brands.
Key parameters
Class: S in accordance with EN 1854.
Maximum permissible pressure: 500 mbar.
Gas: air, non-aggressive non-flammable gases.
Adjustment within: 0.4-3 mbar.
Response: 0-0.3 mbar.
Operating temperature: -15°C to +70°C.
Operating principle and settings
LGW operates on the principle of contact closure and sending a signal to the control unit when the set gas pressure value decreases/increases. The differential pressure acts through the diaphragm on the switch, counteracting the spring force. The response parameters are selected by turning the wheel.
Device and installation
The compact device is equipped with a polymer case with a transparent cover. Electrical protection complies with the IP 54 standard - internal elements are not exposed to mechanical impacts, dust and moisture. At a separate request from the consumer, it is possible to change the protection class to IP 65. The highly sensitive membrane is made of butadiene-nitrile rubber.
The sensor is installed using threaded connections. The standard position is vertical. When changing the orientation to horizontal / inverted / diagonal, the relay will operate at a higher / lower pressure compared to the specified parameters (± 0.5 mbar).
Advantages:
versatility;
suitable for working with gas and air;
simple threaded connection;
parameter setting using a built-in disk;
sensitive membrane;
electrical protection class IP 54;
European quality and affordable price.
For installation on burners Elco, Baltur, Riello, Lamborghini, Viessmann and other manufacturers, we offer to buy a pressure relay Dungs LGW 3 A2 G3 article 218444. Full information about the product is reflected in the attached instructions from the manufacturer.
