Pressure switch Dungs LGW 3 A2P

To control differential pressure, we present a compact, universal device from a German brand – the Dungs LGW 3 A2P pressure switch (article 272352), which you can buy on our website. The special feature of this series of relays is a control button for testing the safety function. The sensor is installed in furnace units, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Main characteristics

• Maximum permissible pressure: 500 mbar.

• Medium: air, non-aggressive non-flammable gases.

• Setting within: 0.4-3 mbar.

• Response: 0-0.3 mbar.

• Class: S in accordance with EN 1854.

Design and operating principle

The switching device responds to differential pressure. When the pressure difference increases/decreases beyond the specified limits, the contact closes and a signal is sent to the control unit.

The parameters are adjusted using a rotary dial and a digital scale.

The device is equipped with a sensitive diaphragm made of butadiene-nitrile rubber. A small plastic housing protects electrical parts from dust and splashes (IP54). At the customer's request, protection can be increased to IP65.

A thread is provided for connection to the unit. The relay is fixed in any position. When mounted in a non-standard orientation (other than vertical), the relay will be triggered at a pressure higher or lower than the set one (maximum ± 0.5 mbar).
