Description
Pressure switch Dungs LGW 50 A2P article 272346 is a universal device for equipping furnace units, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Monitors differential gas or air pressure. A special design feature is the built-in test button for testing the safety function.
Operating parameters
Maximum permissible pressure: 500 mbar.
Medium: air, non-aggressive non-flammable gases.
Setting within: 2.5-50 mbar.
Response: 0-1 mbar.
Class: S in accordance with EN 1854.
Operating temperature: -15°C to +70°C.
Design and operating principle
The device responds to differential pressure. When the pressure increases/decreases compared to the set value, the contact closes and a corresponding signal is sent to the control unit.
The response limit is selected using a rotary disk and a scale with markings.
The plastic housing protects the device from external influences in accordance with the European standard IP 54. Upon separate request, it is possible to increase the protection to IP 65. The membrane made of butadiene-nitrile rubber has high sensitivity and is designed for long service.
The device is connected to the thread. The relay can be mounted in any position. It should be noted that installation in an orientation other than vertical will lead to a change in the response point (switching will occur at a pressure higher or lower than the set value, about ± 0.5 mbar).
Advantages:
the ability to test the safety function;
wide range of parameter adjustment;
sensitive membrane;
rotary disk with a scale for setting the switching point;
simple threaded connection;
dust and moisture protection according to the IP 54 standard;
universal application.
