The Dungs NB 150 A4 pressure relay, article 210931, is a compact, easily adjustable device for gas burners of most well-known brands. Provides control of excess pressure and vacuum pressure in combustion units. Reliably functions in a wide temperature range.

Design and features

The relay is equipped with a reliable housing that does not allow dust and moisture to pass through (protection class IP 54). The base is made of cast aluminum, the transparent cover and switch are made of polycarbonate, the membrane is made of butadiene-nitrile rubber, the switching contact is made of Ag. The characteristics of the device allow it to be used in a wide temperature range: from -15 ° C to + 70 ° C.

When the pressure changes in relation to the set parameters, the switching mechanism closes the contact and sends a signal to the control device. The relay is adjusted manually by scrolling the wheel. Setting range: from 30 to 150 mbar

The device is installed vertically (basic orientation), or in any other position. When using a non-vertical position, the triggering will be carried out at a lower/higher pressure in relation to the set value within ±15% (detailed data are disclosed in the device specification).
