Description
The Dungs UB 150 pressure switch, article 215245, is used as a maximum pressure limiter in gas pipeline systems where any excess pressure is unacceptable. Suitable for equipping gas burners of most brands. Characterized by a compact design, reliability, and convenient adjustment. Comply with the EN 1854 directive.

Operating principle of the sensor-relay
The Dungs UB switching mechanism reacts to excess pressure. No additional energy is needed for the device to operate. When the maximum permissible pressure is exceeded, the electrical network is switched on, switched off, and switched, the signal is transmitted to the control unit. At the same time, the sensor is blocked and the signal lamp is triggered. The relay is released manually by pressing the button in the central part of the adjustment disk.
Design and installation features
The pressure parameters for switching on the relay are set using the adjustment wheel with a digital scale. A pressure gauge is not required for adjustment.
Durable materials were used in the manufacture of the compact relay. The cast housing is made of aluminum alloy, the working membrane is made of butadiene-nitrile rubber, the switch is made of polyamide. The contact material is silver.
The housing is made in accordance with the requirements of the IP54 electrical protection standard according to IEC 529. The electrical connection is made through a PG cable entry.
The relay is connected to the Dungs fittings through a sealing ring. In the standard position, the device operates in accordance with the settings. If the relay is installed in any other position (horizontal, inverted or intermediate), the relay will switch on at a higher/lower pressure in relation to the set parameters.
