Pressure switch Riello GW 10 A4

The Riello GW 10 A4 pressure switch, art: 3006593, is manufactured to work with flammable gases and air. It is built into industrial gas installations with a medium pressure of up to 500 mbar. It features reliable switching, compact dimensions, simple connection, and easy adjustment of response parameters. It is made of high gas-tight materials. It controls excess pressure and vacuum pressure.

Design and features

The device body is made of die-cast aluminum and polycarbonate alloy, the membrane is made of NBR rubber. A transparent plastic cover is placed on top to protect the device from dirt. The relay switching contacts are protected from solid particles ≥1 mm in size, touching, and water splashes according to the IP54 standard. The relay is screwed onto a pipe with an external thread of ¼ inch.

The sensor-relay is equipped with a reliable switching mechanism, which operates accurately at ambient and working temperatures from -15 to +70 °C. It can be located in any position (preferably vertical). When deviating from the vertical, the switching point shifts (requires clarification at the installation site). Electrical connection is made via an M20 cable entry. A wheel with a scale located on top is used to adjust the switching pressure.
