Pressure switch Riello GW 150 A5

The Riello GW 150 A5 pressure switch, art.: 3012196, is manufactured to operate with several drives. It is built into industrial installations with a medium pressure of up to 500 mbar. It controls the discharge pressure and vacuum pressure of air and neutral gases of the 1-3 family according to EN 1854. It features stable switching, compact dimensions, easy connection, and smooth adjustment of response parameters. It is made of wear-resistant materials with high gas tightness.

Design and features

The pressure switch body is made of die-cast aluminum and polyamide alloy, the membrane is made of NBR rubber. A measuring nipple ø 9 mm is provided for pressure measurements. A regulator with a scale for setting the switching parameters is located on top.

The contacts are made of Ag and are protected from solid particles ≥1 mm in size, touching, and water splashes according to the IP54 standard. The relay is connected via a DIN plug.

The sensor-relay is equipped with a reliable microswitch, which operates accurately when operating in ambient and working environment temperatures from -15 to +70 °C. The relay can be installed in any position. When deviating from the vertical, the switch operates at a lower or higher pressure (requires clarification at the installation site).
