Description
The Riello GW 150 A6 pressure switch, art: 3012197, is a compact device for monitoring excess and vacuum pressure, adjustable in the range of 5-150 mbar. It is used to equip furnace installations. The sensor is easy to install, connect and configure. The response pressure is set manually, by smoothly turning the wheel with digital markings.
Device and features
The relay complies with class S of the EN 1854 standard. The body and switch are made of aluminum and polyamide, the sensitive membrane is made of NBR rubber, resistant to gas composition. The contacts are made of silver, protected from dust and moisture in accordance with the IP 54 standard. Electrical connection is via a DIN plug. A ø 9 mm nipple is provided for measuring pressure.
The design is designed to operate at ambient temperatures of -15 ... +70 °C. The device is installed vertically (recommended position, the response pressure corresponds to the value on the regulator) or in other positions, but with a shift in the switching point. The Rp ¼" threaded connection ensures simple and reliable installation in the system.
