Pressure switch Riello GW 3 A4

The Riello GW 3 A4 pressure switch, art: 3006941, is certified for operation with gas, air and other neutral media. It is built into automatic flow control and regulation systems during operation of industrial combustion equipment and ventilation devices. The sensitive membrane, connected to the microswitch, responds to changes in excess and vacuum pressure, closing the contacts when the specified response parameters are reached. The relay is characterized by high switching accuracy, easily adjustable in the available range (from 0.4 to 3 mbar).

Design and features

The design is made of materials with high gas density. The base is cast from aluminum alloy, the switch and casing are made of polycarbonate, the working membrane is made of NBR rubber. The electrical components of the relay are protected from solid particles of 1 mm in size, water splashes according to the IP 54 standard. Connection is made using a ¼ inch thread.

The sensor operates accurately thanks to the sensitive membrane and reliable switching mechanism. Has adjustable hysteresis. Can be used at ambient and working temperatures of -15...+70 °C. Electrical connection is via M20 cable entry.

The relay is easily adjusted using the adjustment disk with a scale. Installation is possible in any position. Vertical installation is recommended. In this case, the relay switches the contacts in accordance with the scale values. When placed horizontally, upside down, diagonally, the sensor will operate at a lower or higher pressure.
