Pressure switch Riello GW 50 A6, 3003660

Pressure relay Riello GW 50 A6, art: 3003660 – compact sensor with smooth manual adjustment of response parameters in the range of 5-50 mbar. It is used to complete automatic gas/air supply control systems during operation of combustion equipment. The relay is manufactured in accordance with class S of standard EN 1854. It closes the contacts and transmits a signal to the burner automation when the specified response conditions are reached. Suitable for systems with a medium pressure of up to 500 mbar.

Design and features

The relay base is cast from aluminum alloy, the upper part is made of gas-tight polyamide, the sensitive membrane is made of NBR rubber. Silver contacts are sealed from external influences in accordance with the IP54 standard. Connection is via a DIN plug. A ø 9 mm nipple is provided for pressure measurements.

The device operates stably in a wide temperature range, from -15 to +70 °C. Simple and reliable installation is carried out using a threaded connection Rp ¼". The position in the system is vertical (mainly), inverted, horizontal and diagonal. When deviating from the vertical orientation, the response point changes.
