Pressure switch Riello LGW 3 A1

The Riello LGW 3 A1 pressure relay, art: 3006141, is characterized by high switching accuracy, compactness, ease of installation and adjustment. It is built into differential, excess pressure and vacuum pressure control systems for air and non-aggressive gas during operation of industrial combustion and ventilation equipment. Smoothly adjustable in the range of 0.4-3 mbar by rotating the adjustment disk. Hysteresis is adjustable within 0-0.35 mbar.

Design and features

The Riello LGW sensor-relay is assembled in a compact housing made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. It is equipped with a special switching mechanism with high stability and response accuracy. The sensitive membrane is made of NBR rubber. The material of the switching contacts is Ag (Au version is available upon request). The contacts are protected from contact in accordance with the IP 20 standard.

The relay can be used in low and high temperatures, from -15 to +85 °C. A FASTON 6.3x0.8 mm connector is used for connection. The parameters are adjusted manually using the regulator. The default response pressure is 0.8 mbar.
