Pressure switch Riello LGW 50 A2 M

The Riello LGW 50 A2 M pressure switch, art.: 3013449, complies with class S of the EN 1854 standard. It is used to equip furnace and ventilation equipment. The compact device is easy to install, connect and configure. The response point is set within 2.5-50 mbar using a dial with a scale. Hysteresis is adjustable in the range of 0-1 mbar.

Features

The body and switch of the sensor-relay are made of polycarbonate, the sensitive membrane is made of NBR rubber, resistant to the composition of smoke and exhaust gases. The contacts are made of Ag (gold-plated version is available upon request). Reliable protection of electrical components from dust and splashes is provided, IP54 standard.

The relay switch operates stably at ambient temperatures of -15 ... +70 °C. Installation is carried out in a vertical position (recommended position, the response pressure corresponds to the value on the setting scale) or in other positions, but with a shift in the switching point. Connections are made via an M20 cable entry.

Application

The Riello LGW pressure switch is used to monitor differential, excess pressure and vacuum pressure of air, flue and exhaust gases during operation of boilers, heat generators, ventilation systems, air conditioning with a working medium pressure of up to 500 mbar. The sensor cannot be used for technical flammable gases.
