Products code: 65965

Description

The Suntec FCA 050 pressure switch, art: 8191033050, is used to complete automation systems responsible for air flow control. To adjust the response point in the range from 5 to 50 mbar, the sensor is equipped with a disk regulator with a convenient digital scale. It is used in furnace and ventilation equipment.

Main parameters and features:

  • for systems with air pressure not exceeding 690 mbar;

  • accurate, stable switching due to a reliable mechanism;

  • compactness of the device, saving work space;

  • simple and convenient way of adjustment without using a pressure gauge;

  • adjustable hysteresis, range 0-3 mbar;

  • housing made of cast aluminum alloy and high gas density polymer;

  • removable transparent cover to protect the regulator;

  • series with automatic reset;

  • protection from dust and moisture class IP 54;

  • electrical connection via cable entry M16.

Operating principle

The switching mechanism reacts to changes in excess and vacuum pressure, closing or opening contacts if the gas pressure falls below or rises above a specified limit.

Advantages:

  • uninterrupted operation;

  • disk regulator with a scale for precise parameter adjustment;

  • small size, space saving;

  • shockproof, corrosion-resistant housing;

  • protection from contact, dust/moisture;

  • the ability to adjust the accuracy of operation.

Operating conditions

The Suntec FCA 050 pressure switch operates stably at external temperatures from -15 to +60°C. It is unacceptable to expose the housing to moisture and sunlight when installed outdoors.
