Pressure switch Suntec FCG 050

The Suntec FCG 050 pressure switch, art: 8171011050, is an adjustable device for monitoring excess and vacuum pressure. It is adjusted in the range of 2.5-50 mbar. It is used to equip industrial furnace units. The sensor is easy to install, connect and configure. The response pressure is set by smoothly turning the disk with digital markings. The working environment is gas of family I-III according to EN 437.

Device and features

The relay housing and switch are made of die-cast aluminum and gas-tight polymer. The contacts are protected from dust and moisture in accordance with the IP 54 standard. Electrical connection is via a DIN plug. The relay is designed to operate at ambient temperatures of -15 ... +60 °C.

A disk regulator with easy-to-read numbers for setting the response point is located on top. Threaded connection Rp ¼" provides simple and reliable installation in the system. The relay is installed directly on the gas valve using sealing rings.

The sensor-relay closes or opens the contacts when the pressure in the system drops below or rises above the set value. Automatic reset is provided. The pressure is adjusted in the range: 2.5-50 mbar. Hysteresis is adjusted from 0 to 3 mbar, taking into account the required response accuracy.
