Pressure switch Suntec FSG 003

The Suntec FSG 003 pressure switch, art: 8181011003, is certified for operation with gas of the I-III family according to EN 437 standards. It is built into automatic flow control and regulation systems during operation of industrial combustion equipment. The switching mechanism responds to changes in excess and vacuum pressure, closing the contacts if the gas pressure falls below or rises above the specified limit.

Design

The relay is designed to operate with a gaseous medium. It is made of gas-tight materials. The switch and sensitive membrane are protected from external influences by a housing, the base of which is cast from an aluminum alloy, and the upper part is made of plastic. The regulator is protected by a transparent cover. The dust and moisture resistance of the housing corresponds to the IP54 standard.

The sensor-relay is mounted on the gas valve. The Rp ¼" threaded connection ensures quick and reliable fixation. Electrical connection is via a DIN plug. The relay operates stably at temperatures from -15 to +60 °C. When operating the device, moisture and sunlight must not be allowed to enter the housing.
