Pressure switch Weishaupt LGW 10 A2P

The Weishaupt LGW 10 A2P pressure switch, art.: 691385, is used in combustion units to monitor differential pressure. Setting range: 1-10 mbar. To set the response parameters, the sensor is equipped with a regulator with a scale. The relay is suitable for systems with a working medium pressure of up to 500 mbar. Conforms to class S of EN 1854.

Features

The differential pressure switch is equipped with a sensitive diaphragm made of NBR rubber and a reliable switching mechanism with standard contacts made of Ag. The compact housing with a cover and a switch are made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. A test button for checking the safety function is located below.

The sensor is protected against dust and splashes of water according to the IP54 standard. It operates stably in a wide temperature range: -15 ... +70 °C. The device can be placed vertically, horizontally or in an intermediate position. When deviating from the vertical, the switching mechanism is triggered at a higher/lower pressure compared to the set one (the parameter is specified during installation).

Application

The Weishaupt LGW pressure switch is designed to work with air and a neutral gaseous medium, which allows it to be used in various industrial installations: boilers, heat generators, ventilation and air conditioning devices. The sensor is not suitable for technical flammable gases.
