Pressure switch Weishaupt LGW 3 A1

The Weishaupt LGW 3 A1 pressure switch, art.: 691343, has a special switching system that operates without interruption and with high accuracy. Complies with EN 1854. The sensor is compact, easy to install, connect and configure. It is designed to equip automatic differential, excess pressure and vacuum pressure monitoring systems for air or gas. The device is preset to 0.8 mbar at the factory.

Design and features

The Weishaupt LGW sensor is equipped with a small housing made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, equipped with a protective cover. A special switching mechanism shows high accuracy and switching stability when operating the relay at low and high temperatures, from -15 to +85 °C.

The main design elements are made of polycarbonate, the sensitive membrane is made of NBR rubber. Standard contacts made of Ag (optional - Au) are provided, protected from contact in accordance with the IP 20 standard (without moisture protection).

Connection is made via a FASTON 6.3x0.8 mm connector. An adjustment disk is provided to set the switching point. Setting range: 0.4-3. Hysteresis is adjustable.

Application
