Description
The Riello SQN31.762A2700 servo drive, Part Number: 3012916, activates the air damper and moves it to the required angle in the process of controlling the air flow required for efficient fuel combustion. It is assembled in a standard housing without space for a potentiometer. When retrofitted with a special kit for re-equipping the structure, it is possible to install a potentiometer. The drive is used in industrial burners of low and medium power.

Design and operation of the servo drive
The servo drive for Riello air dampers is arranged in a standard housing, which can be expanded using a special kit. Inside is a synchronous reversible motor with a blocking protection function. The shaft is disconnected manually and re-engaged automatically. The drive operates in conjunction with PID and P-PI regulators or under the control of the LOA/LMO/LMG/LFL combustion manager, which determines the optimal fuel/air ratio.
