Servo drive Weishaupt SQM45.291B9, art: 651501 is used in automatic air supply control systems during boiler equipment operation. Moves the air damper or other rotary device under the control of the furnace automatic device or fuel/air ratio regulator. It features compact dimensions, precise damper positioning, operation from ultra-low supply voltage, and low maintenance requirements.

Configuration

The Weishaupt SQM45 servo drive is assembled in a cast metal housing with a polymer impact-resistant, heat-resistant cover. The working unit is equipped with spur gears made of wear-resistant plastic. The high-strength drive shaft is made of steel with a blackening finish. The front side of the gear acts as a mounting surface. Due to the prolonged lubrication of the gear, the actuator does not require maintenance.
