Description
The Siemens SQN90.200B2790 servo drive is part of the automatic fuel (gas) and air ratio control system. Allows you to get the optimal composition of the combustion mixture before feeding it to the furnace. The damper opens by 90º within 12 seconds. The design allows you to install a potentiometer.
Features
The servo drive changes the position of the damper upon receiving a signal from the combustion control unit (LOA/ LMO/ LMG/ LFL) or regulator.
It operates from a synchronous motor powered by 220 V and a torque of 2 Nm (shaft rotation counterclockwise). The electric motor drives the drive shaft and camshaft through a detachable gear transmission. The gearbox is treated with continuous lubrication and does not require maintenance.
The servo drive is equipped with 8 terminals, 5 switches. The cams are used to select the actuation points of the limit and auxiliary switches. The range of the damper opening angle is 0…90 º.
The impact- and heat-resistant plastic housing prevents damage to the working mechanism. The dust and moisture protection level is IP 40.
Siemens SQN90 is equipped with an internal shaft position indicator, connected to screw terminals. Potentiometer installation is available.
The drive is designed for operating temperatures (external environment): -20…+60 ºС and humidity < 95%.
