Servomotor Weishaupt SQN90.220A2790

The Siemens SQN90.220A2790 servo drive is used to regulate the position of the air damper when preparing the fuel-air mixture for combustion. The damper opens by 90º within 12 seconds. The drive is suitable for equipping single-, two-stage or modulating low-power and medium-power burners that consume gas or liquid fuel.

Features

• The servo drive works in conjunction with the boiler automation (LOA / LMO / LMG / LFL) or regulators that set the ratio of fuel and air in the combustible mixture.

• A synchronous motor with a 220-240 V network supply and a torque of 2.4 Nm drives the drive shaft and camshaft via a gear transmission. The manually disconnected gearbox with automatic re-engagement does not require maintenance during operation due to prolonged-action lubrication.

• The servo drive is equipped with 2 relays, 8 terminals, 3 switches. The switch position is adjusted using cams. The scales simplify the adjustment of the response points. The opening angle adjustment range is 0…90 º.

• The compact housing is made of plastic, resistant to mechanical and temperature influences, protects the working unit from dust/moisture according to the IP 40 standard.

• Siemens SQN90 has an internal indicator. Additionally, a potentiometer can be installed (optional). Electrical connection is made via screw terminals.
