Description
The Siemens SQN90.350A2790 servo drive automatically changes the position of the air damper, ensuring the optimal ratio of the components of the combustion mixture. It can be installed in 1-stage, 2-stage or modulating low-power and medium-power burners operating on gas or liquid fuel. Opens the damper by 90º for 10 sec.
Features
The operation of the servo drive is controlled by the furnace automatic machine (LOA/ LMO/ LMG/ LFL), which calculates the volumes of fuel (or gas) and air in the mixture being prepared for combustion. The drive can also work with regulators.
The servo drive housing is made of impact-resistant and heat-resistant plastic, protects the working unit from dust/moisture according to the IP 40 standard.
Siemens SQN90 is equipped with a reversible electric motor with a torque of 2 Nm, with counterclockwise shaft rotation and a manually detachable gear transmission (connection is automatic). The gearbox does not require regular maintenance. Electrical connection is via screw terminals.
The servo drive is equipped with 2 relays, 8 terminals, 2 switches. The switches are adjusted using cams and a scale reflecting the switching angle. The adjustment range is 0…90 º. The servo drive is equipped with an internal position indicator. Potentiometer installation is available.
