Description

The Suntec AE V 47 C 1394 6P burner pump pumps diesel fuel and B10 biodiesel under pressure up to 14 bar. Equipped with a pressure regulating valve. The shut-off function is not provided. It is implemented using an external solenoid valve. The capacity varies depending on the supply pressure and fuel flow parameters (44 l/h when set to 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt).

Design

The burner pump is designed for intensive use, equipped with a wear-resistant working mechanism. The gear pair is protected from damage by a coarse filter of 150 microns located at the flow inlet. The power unit is an electric motor with a shaft speed of up to 3600 rpm. In the basic version, the pump is ready for installation in a system with a return line. If it is missing, it is necessary to replace the bypass plug with a blind one.
