Oil Burner Pumps
Products code: 97610

Description

The Suntec AE V 67 C 7307 4P burner pump pumps diesel fuel under a pressure of 8-28 bar. It is a basic model with a pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function. Air is discharged through the nozzle line. An electromagnetic shut-off valve is installed additionally. The pump capacity depends on the viscosity of the fuel, external temperature, and pressure.

Device and features

The pump is assembled for a two-pipe system. A bypass plug is installed in the return line opening. When installing in a single-pipe unit, it is necessary to close the fuel return channel by replacing the bypass plug with a steel one with a washer. A manual regulator is provided to adjust the operating pressure.

Fuel is pumped from the tank to the burner by a gear working mechanism. When the gear pair rotates, the working fluid is sucked in and passes through a built-in filter with a working area of 6 cm², to the pressure regulating valve and then to the nozzle. Excess fuel is sent to the return line in a two-pipe connection, or to the suction line in single-pipe systems.

Air is bled automatically in systems with a return line, and through the bypass hole in the nozzle line coupling in single-pipe systems.

This model does not have a shut-off function. It is provided by an external solenoid valve.

Characteristics and features:

  • supply pressure adjustment in the range of 8-28 bar, default - 14 bar;

  • use in systems with an external solenoid valve;

  • mesh filter at the inlet to remove solid particles from 150 µm;

  • design for single-pipe and two-pipe systems (factory assembled with a bypass plug);

  • Viton seals;

  • counter-clockwise rotation / outlet to the nozzle on the left side;

  • pressure regulating valve without locking;

  • gear working mechanism, resistant to fuel composition and loads;

  • installation in any position, except with the axis up;

  • operating temperature range (fuel inside the pump): 0...+60 °C;

  • automatic bleed of excess air in two-pipe installations;

  • permissible fuel viscosity: 2...75 cSt;

  • degree of cleaning of the built-in filter: 150 microns.

Application

Diesel pumps for burners are installed in industrial heating systems designed for heating large production areas. Suitable for liquid fuel burners of most well-known brands.

Suntec AE pumps with other characteristics can be selected in the catalog.
