Description

The French company Suntec — a global manufacturer of pumps for liquid fuel burners of various types — presents a new single-stage gear pump AL 35 A 9526 6P 0500 with a capacity of up to 40 l/h. This is an excellent solution for burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. The main feature of the AL series is a built-in electromagnetic valve of the "normally closed" type, which controls the fuel supply to the nozzle.

Operating principle

  • Diesel fuel from the tank enters the gear pair of the device through a mesh serviceable filter with a useful area of ​​6 cm² and a cell cross-section of 150 µm. It protects the mechanism from foreign objects and small debris.

  • After passing between the gears rotating clockwise, the fuel enters the cavity of the electromagnetic shut-off valve. Its task is to connect and disconnect the pump with the injector line by means of a directed 220-240 V electrical signal to the coil with the core. This model can be set to a working feed pressure in the range of 8-15 atm. The maximum valve pressure is 25 atm.

  • Fuel that does not enter the feed line is drained back into the tank through a specially provided hole - bypass (with a two-pipe connection scheme) or goes to the gears (with a single-pipe).
