Description
The fuel pump for the diesel burner AL 35 A 9596 4P 0700 is a modern development of the French manufacturer Suntec, which occupies a leading position in the European market of boiler equipment. The device is equipped with a blocking electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function and this is a distinctive feature of the modification. The unit has high reliability and a long service life, and is compatible with liquid fuel burners of such brands as Elco, Baltur, Weishaupt and Lamborghini.
Design features
The main working mechanism of the Suntec fuel pump is a toothed pair of gears that sucks fuel from the tank and feeds it into the nozzle line. On the way, the working fluid undergoes a preliminary stage of cleaning through a built-in filter with a throughput area of 6 cm². The purpose of the activated electromagnetic valve of the "normally closed" type is to instantly trigger and stop the fuel supply to the injectors regardless of the rotation speed of the electric motor.
In the inactive position, the EM valve is completely closed, and the working fluid pumped by the gears goes through the pressure regulator to the suction line or back to the tank, depending on the circuit configuration.
Important! It is recommended to install an additional fine filter, which will significantly extend the service life of the fuel injectors and prevent their clogging.
Main advantages:
automatic air bleed in a two-pipe circuit due to a special cavity on the piston;
pressure adjustment within 8-15 atm;
unified shaft with a diameter of 8 mm complies with the European standard EN 225;
high degree of protection of the outer shell from water and dirt penetration - IP54;
the presence of standard ports with G⅛" threads, designed for connecting a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge.
The company "ANKAS", which is an official supplier of components for heating equipment, offers to buy a fuel pump for a burner at an affordable price.
