Description

The modern fuel pump AL 35 C 9528 6P 0500 with a capacity of 40 l/h is designed to complete diesel burners used in the heating system of residential and commercial premises. This is an advanced development of the well-known concern "Santek" (France), which occupies top positions in the field of boiler equipment. A distinctive feature of this modification is the presence of an electromagnetic valve, which performs a shut-off function. The single-stage pump has a high service life and reliability. It is compatible with Lamborghini, Baltur, Elco and Weishaupt diesel burners.

Design features

  • The basic working element of the unit is a toothed pair of gears. It is responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and feeding it to the nozzle line. In this section, the liquid undergoes preliminary cleaning, for which a built-in filter with a throughput area of ​​6 cm² is responsible.

  • The pump is equipped with a "normally closed" electromagnetic valve. In the activated position, it is open and does not interfere with the supply of fuel to the injectors under pressure in the range of 8-15 atm. When the operating mode changes, regardless of the rotation speed of the electric drive, the valve is able to instantly stop the fuel supply.

  • In the inactive position, the EM valve completely blocks the flow. The working fluid pumped by the gears is fed through the pressure regulator back to the tank or to the suction line (depending on how the system circuit is assembled).

Important! To prevent clogging of the fuel injectors and significantly increase their service life, it is recommended to additionally install a fine filter.
