Description

The Suntec AL 65 C 9525 6P 0500 pump is used to equip diesel burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. The design includes a blocking electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function. Placement in the nozzle line ensures instantaneous operation of the EM valve in any engine operating mode.

Features

  • The pump is equipped with a reliable housing with a high level of protection against dust and moisture (European standard IP54).

  • The pump gears are protected from damage by a mesh filter that holds sand, rust and other abrasive particles larger than 150 microns.

  • The electromagnetic "normally closed" valve is installed in the nozzle line, which ensures an instant response. When the EM valve is active, fuel enters the nozzle line under the pressure set by the regulating valve.

  • At the factory, the pump is set to 9 bar. If necessary, the pressure on the nozzle can be changed in the range from 8 to 15 bar. The pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection (a bypass plug is installed in the return line). When installing in a one-pipe system, the bypass plug should be removed and the drain hole should be closed with a steel plug and washer.

  • Installation is carried out using a ∅32 mm sleeve connection that complies with the EN 225 standard, which allows the pump to be used with burners from most manufacturers.
