Description

The single-stage gear pump AL 65 C 9589 6P 0700 is used to equip liquid fuel burners. This is a modern development of the SANTEC company, one of the European leaders in the design and production of boiler equipment. The model with a capacity of 81 l / h differs from its analogues by the presence of an electromagnetic valve-blocker, which provides instant shut-off of the liquid flow, as well as a fuel pressure regulator on the injector line. The unit is distinguished by significant reliability and an increased working life. It is compatible with diesel burners of the brands Lamborghini, Elco, Weishaupt, Baltur and others.

Design features

  • A toothed pair of gears is responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and feeding it to the injectors. In this section, the liquid undergoes preliminary cleaning, which is made possible by the presence of a built-in filter with a throughput area of ​​​​6 cm2.

  • Important! The manufacturer recommends additionally using a fine filter. This simple solution will help prevent injectors from clogging and significantly increase their service life.

  • The pump is equipped with a "normally closed" electromagnetic valve. In the activated position, it provides a flow of diesel fuel under pressure in the range from 8 to 15 atm and is capable of instantly stopping its supply at any engine speed. If the valve is inactive, the flow is completely blocked, and the fuel is supplied to the suction line through the pressure regulator or returned to the tank (depending on how the circuit is mounted).
