Description

The Suntec AL 95 C 9412 4P 0700 burner pump is used to equip single-stage diesel burners. It is equipped with a locking solenoid valve with a shut-off function.

The Suntec AL pump can be used:

  • in systems with two and one pipes;

  • for pumping fuel with a viscosity of 2-12 cSt;

  • in burners with one stage of power regulation.

Performance

The flow rate depends on the set pressure and viscosity of the fuel. Reaches 128 l/h at 11 bar and 5 cSt.

Suntec pump operating principle

The working unit of the Suntec AL burner pump is two meshed gears, one of which is connected to the drive shaft. When the gear pair rotates, fuel is sucked from the tank and passes to the electromagnetic valve and to the injector line. The pressure regulating valve is used to drain unused fuel. A mesh filter is located at the flow inlet, holding back abrasive particles before feeding to the gears.

Fuel that does not reach the injector is directed to the return line in two-pipe systems or to the suction line in a single-pipe connection. For single-pipe installations, the bypass plug must be replaced with a steel plug with a washer.
