Description

The high-performance single-stage pump AL 95 C 9414 2P 0500 is a successful development of the French concern Suntec. It is used to assemble liquid fuel burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW from manufacturers such as Baltur, Elco, Weishaupt and Lamborghini.

Model design

  • The operating principle of gear pumps is identical and consists of pumping fuel from the tank using a gear pair. Before feeding the fuel to the nozzle line, it undergoes preliminary cleaning from mechanical particles. For this purpose, the design of the device provides a dismountable filter with an open area of ​​20 cm². The mesh insert has a cell size of 150 microns, but for more thorough cleaning, the manufacturer recommends installing an additional filter, which will protect the nozzles from clogging and extend their service life.

  • To adjust the pressure of the working fluid in the range of 8-15 atm, an adjustment valve is provided. The factory set the supply of liquid under a pressure of 12 atm.

  • To adjust the alternate on/off mode of the diesel burner, an electromagnetic valve-blocker of the "normally closed" type is built in. It passes fuel to the nozzles only in the activated position and is ready to stop its supply at any time.
