Description

The Suntec ALE 35 C 9324 6P 0700 burner pump is used to pump diesel fuel and kerosene in low-power heating systems. It is equipped with a blocking electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function and a pressure relief device in the discharge line. The pump can be used in systems with a single-pipe and two-pipe connection scheme.

Features:

  • feed pressure adjustment from 8 to 15 bar, by default the pump is set to 9 bar;

  • Viton seals for safe operation with kerosene;

  • removable filter for cleaning fuel from dirt particles and foreign impurities (mesh 6 cm², holes 150 μm);

  • permissible range of operating temperatures (fuel and air): from 0 to +60 °;

  • dust and moisture protection according to IP 41 standard;

  • quick switching of the electromagnetic valve at any engine speed;

  • use in systems with or without a return line;

  • factory assembly for a two-pipe system, for a one-pipe installation it is necessary to replace the bypass plug with a blind one;

  • automatic air bleeding in a two-pipe system, acceleration by loosening the pressure gauge plug;

  • standard fit on a ∅ 32 mm bushing according to the European standard EN225;

  • connection to the inlet and return line on a tapered thread ¼ inch NPTF;

  • ports for connecting measuring instruments.

Additional installation of a filter after the pump for the Suntec ALE 35 C 9324 6P 0700 burner will significantly extend the service life of the nozzle.
