Description
The Suntec ALE 35 C 9334 4P 0700 burner pump is equipped with a blocking electromagnetic valve with a check valve, which ensures flow locking and pressure relief in the nozzle line. It is used to complete liquid fuel burners with single-stage power regulation. The feed pressure is regulated in the range of 8-15 bar.
Features of the ALE series:
Single-stage model with electromagnetic valve;
Use in systems with one or two pipes;
For diesel fuel with a viscosity of 2-12 cSt.
Main differences of the model:
Counterclockwise rotation of the drive shaft;
Left-hand outlet to the nozzle;
Standard sleeve connection, ∅ 32 mm;
Flow rate – 40 l/h (11 bar/5 cSt).
Design and installation
In the basic assembly, the pump is ready for a two-pipe connection. A bypass plug is screwed into the fuel drain hole. It must be replaced with a blind plug, blocking the drain, when using the pump in a system without a return line.
The main working unit is a gear mechanism that sucks fuel from the tank, passes it through a 150 µm filter and moves it to the injector under a given pressure. The regulating valve is set at the factory to 9 bar. The pressure parameters can be adjusted using a screw regulator. The electromagnetic valve is located in the injector line, which ensures its quick response.
The pump has a standard sleeve connection with a ∅ 32 mm motor according to EN225, which expands the possibilities of its application.
Main advantages:
built-in electromagnetic valve for automated fuel supply;
for systems with one and two pipes;
wear-resistant gear mechanism;
mesh filter to protect gears from wear and damage;
dust and moisture protection level – IP 54;
universal fit;
ports for measuring devices.
The Suntec ALE 35 C 9334 4P 0700 burner pump has been tested, configured and is ready for operation.
