Description

The Suntec ALE V 35 C 9317 6P 0700 pump, article number: 7840264, is installed in burners burning diesel fuel and biodiesel. The presence of a blocking electromagnetic valve, combined with a check valve, provides a locking function and release of excess pressure in the nozzle line.

Features

The pump can pump biodiesel thanks to Viton seals. In the factory assembly, the pump is ready for installation in a two-pipe system. By removing the bypass plug and closing the drain hole, it is possible to form a single-pipe fuel line design. The normally closed electromagnetic valve is located in the nozzle line and is characterized by quick response. The outlet pipe for connection to the nozzle is located on the left side of the body.

Design and operating parameters

The toothed working mechanism is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle. The fuel is pre-filtered by a built-in mesh that holds all foreign particles larger than 150 µm, protecting the structural elements from clogging, damage and early wear. The filter ensures uninterrupted operation of the equipment.

A 32 mm bushing (EN 225 European standard) is provided for connection to the engine, making the pump universal and available for equipping a wide range of burners from well-known companies. The pump body is manufactured in accordance with the IP41 dust and moisture protection class.

The regulating valve maintains the pressure at a given level. The factory setting is 9 bar. The pressure can be adjusted within 8-15 bar. The pump pumps 40 liters of fuel per hour at a pressure of 11 atm. and a viscosity of 5 cSt.
