Description
The Suntec AN 57 D K 1303 6P burner pump allows pumping diesel fuel and kerosene at a rate of 55 and 44 l/h (at a pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt / 1.8 cSt). Provides a stable supply of fuel to the burner under a given pressure within 7-15 bar. The pressure in the suction and return line should not exceed 2 bar. A special feature of this series is a built-in pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. The pump is supplied from the factory for a 2-pipe system and can be upgraded for a single-pipe installation.
Features and main parameters:
working environment: diesel fuel and kerosene;
gear mechanism moving fuel to the nozzle;
high reliability of components and assembly;
with a valve regulating pressure and blocking the flow;
available pressure adjustment range of 7-15 bar;
"default" pressure setting - 9 bar;
filtration of fuel entering the pump cavity, purification degree 150 μm;
sleeve mounting method, ∅ 32 mm;
connection to the pipeline on the G¼" thread (suction and return drain line);
⅛ inch holes for control devices: pressure gauge and vacuum gauge;
limitation on the temperature of the pumped fuel: 0...+60°C;
installation in any position, except with the axis up;
for two- or single-pipe fuel pumping systems (for a single-pipe system, it is necessary to replace the bypass plug with a blind one);
automatic air bleeding in systems with a return line.
Application
The Suntec AN 57 D K 1303 6P burner pump is used in domestic and commercial heating boilers. The design is compatible with burners of most manufacturers.
