Oil Burner Pumps
Products code: 1160

Description

The French single-stage gear pump AN 57 D K 1309 6P from Suntec is used to pump and pressurize diesel fuel and kerosene to the nozzle line of the heating burner. The mechanism of the basic model can operate in a single-pipe and two-pipe system with an operational viscosity of liquid up to 75 mm²/s. To buy a fuel pump for a burner, call the phone numbers listed or use the "Order in 1 click" service on the ANKAS website.

Operating principle

Fuel from the tank, due to the vacuum caused by the rotation of the gears, flows from the suction cavity to the discharge cavity. A special mesh filter with a cell size of 150 microns is installed in front of the gears to trap sand, chips, and debris. Then the fuel goes to the shut-off valve, and then to the nozzles. Excess fuel, when the pressure increases, overcomes the force of the valve and drains into the tank through the return line opening - bypass, or returns to the mechanism teeth (single-pipe system). In the second case, it is necessary to install a plug.

Advantages of the model:

  • high performance with small dimensions - 55 l / h;

  • large amplitude of the valve setting - from 7 to 15 bar;

  • combined locking and reduction function;

  • supports single- and double-pipe configurations;

  • it is possible to install a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge;

  • use of standard threads 1/8 "and 1/4";

  • light weight - 1.1 kg.

Scope of application

The presented unit is used to complete liquid fuel burners with a capacity of 10 to 1000 kW of such brands as Baltur, Weishaupt, Lamborghini and Elco. To rotate it, you will need an electric motor of the appropriate model with a shaft rotation speed of no more than 3600 rpm.

The strength and durability of Suntec pump parts makes them leaders on the market. The well-thought-out design of the product allows for its routine repairs during intensive use.
