Description

Single-stage liquid fuel pump AN 77 A 7256 2P is reliable equipment from the European company Suntec, designed for installation in diesel heating burners of the brands Weishaupt, Elco, Lamborghini, Baltur and others. The device with a clockwise rotation of the drive axis has a fairly high productivity in its line - 108 l / h. To maintain the pressure of the working fluid on the nozzle line within 1-2 MPa, the unit has a built-in regulating valve with a locking function.

Design Features

  • The working mechanism of the gear pump is represented by a toothed pair, with the help of which the fuel is drawn from the tank. Before it is fed to the nozzle line of the heating burner, the fuel is cleaned by a mesh filter with a cell size of 150 microns.

  • Important! For more thorough cleaning and trapping of the smallest particles, use an additional filter upstream of the pump.

  • The model has a sleeve mount with a seat diameter of 54 mm and can be mounted in any position except with the axis up. The effect of radial or axial force on the unit shaft is not allowed.
