Description
The Suntec AS 47 A 7509 4P 0700 pump is used to equip low-power burners that consume diesel fuel. This equipment is in demand when assembling heating systems in small domestic and commercial premises. The built-in electromagnetic valve automates the supply of diesel fuel to the nozzle. The capacity is 39 l/hour at a pressure of 11 atmospheres.
Device and features
The key element of the pump is a gear mechanism that moves fuel to the nozzle. Before entering the gear pair, diesel fuel passes through a mesh filter with a hole size of 150 µm, being cleaned of coarse mechanical particles, which helps protect the working unit from breakage and jamming.
Recommendation! It is recommended to periodically wash the mesh insert and replace the cover gasket for stable operation of the pump and to avoid loss of productivity.
The slide valve regulates the fuel supply pressure. Adjustment actions are carried out using a screw on the body. The pressure range on the nozzle: 7-14 atmospheres.
The electromagnetic valve closes the diesel fuel drain line. The Suntec pump is installed in one-pipe or two-pipe systems. When using a single-pipe system, remove the bypass plug and close the drain hole.
The pump body has reliable protection against dust and splashes of water inside the device (class IP 54). A flange connection of Ø54 mm is used for installation. It is possible to connect measuring instruments to a standard thread.
Advantages:
electromagnetic valve for automatic feed control;
high performance;
filter for removing large impurities and long service life of gears;
durable housing with protection from external influences IP 54;
easy adjustment of feed pressure;
the ability to select an assembly scheme (one-pipe or two-pipe system).
The Suntec AS 47 A 7509 4P 0700 pump is used for burners of many companies. A fine filter can be ordered separately, which will extend the useful service life of the nozzles.
