Description

Suntec liquid fuel gear pumps for AS series burners are presented by a wide variety of models, including the energy-efficient AS 47 B 1537 6P 0700. The pressure value in it is adjusted with an adjusting screw directly "on the go". The electromagnetic valve of the "normally open" type is responsible for disconnecting the channel leading to the nozzle line.

Design features

  • Pumping diesel fuel is carried out by clockwise rotation of two gears of the mechanism. They are driven by a shaft that receives a torque of 0.10 Nm from an external engine.

  • The sucked fuel goes to the filter element with a mesh. It traps not only sand, but also rust and other barely noticeable debris. Installing a fine filter further along the fluid flow will prevent clogging and extend the service life of the fuel injectors.

  • To achieve the required pressure of diesel fuel pumped to the injector, tighten the adjusting screw of the spool valve that compresses the spring. The locking function is implemented by an electromagnetic valve that connects the injection line to the fuel discharge channel. To resume fuel supply, a signal is sent to the solenoid, which leads to the closure of the discharge line.
