Description

The series of single-stage fuel pumps AS from the French manufacturer Suntec has been expanded with another device — AS 47 B 7470 6P 0500. This model with a capacity of 39 l/h features a flange mount to the diesel burner. It has an outlet to the nozzle on the left side, as well as additional ports for connecting a pressure gauge in the pressure line and a vacuum gauge in the suction line.

To purchase a fuel pump for a Suntec diesel burner, fill out the order form, indicating your contact phone number. Our manager will contact you during the next working hours.

Design features

  • Pumping of diesel fuel is ensured by rotation of the gear mechanism in a clockwise direction. The external gear wheel has internally located teeth and rotates in the seat like a plain bearing. The central gear is rigidly mounted on the shaft, which receives torque from the electric drive. To protect the system elements from mechanical wear, a detachable mesh filter with a working area of 6 cm² is mounted on the suction line. It can be used repeatedly after periodic washing from debris and sand.

  • The slide valve and electromagnetic valves are responsible for process control. The first is adjusted by tightening the screw, and the second is controlled by the heating burner controller.

Main advantages:

  • high performance with low energy consumption;

  • the flange connection is quite reliable and convenient for installation;

  • the fuel pressure value is set within the range from 7 to 14 bar;

  • it is possible to connect control and measuring devices - a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge;

  • support for connection to a single-pipe fuel system with minimal intervention;

  • the unit parts are protected from damage by a mesh filter with a cell size of 150 µm.

The global brand Suntec has long been synonymous with such characteristics as "reliability" and "durability". The high-quality result is achieved by the painstaking work of the best engineers and employees of the company. The key element is the use of modern high-precision equipment for the production and processing of parts that have virtually no deviations in size. This approach to production allows us to provide the market with high-quality equipment for heating systems.
