Design features

  • Fuel is supplied from the tank to the nozzle line as a result of the operation of a mechanism of two gears. The drive gear is pressed onto the shaft and rotates the driven gear with an internal arrangement of teeth. The vacuum created in the suction line forces diesel fuel to flow first to the gear pair, and then be pumped under high pressure to the injectors.

  • Thanks to the slide valve, consisting of a screw, a spring and a bypass piston, the fuel reaches the injector under one set pressure. Excess fuel is drained through the bypass channel back into the tank. Opening the EM valve leads to a complete pressure release and a transition to the "idle" mode.

  • For rough cleaning of the fuel, a dismountable mesh filter with an opening size of 150 microns is provided. It requires periodic washing from accumulated dirt and rust.
